02 - 1/2 cup honey
03 - 1/4 cup olive oil
04 - 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
07 - 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Feta Topping

10 - 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
11 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
12 - Pinch of salt
13 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Garnish

14 - Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper until thoroughly combined.
02 - Taste the marinade and adjust seasoning to preference. Place chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish, pour the marinade over to coat, then seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes up to 4 hours.
03 - Preheat oven to 400°F. In a small bowl, stir together crumbled feta cheese, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.
04 - Remove chicken from marinade, allowing excess to drip off and discard used marinade. Arrange chicken breasts in a baking dish and top evenly with the feta cheese mixture.
05 - Place baking dish in oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the feta is golden and bubbling. Optionally, broil for the last 2 to 3 minutes to deepen the color.
06 - Allow chicken to rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm, drizzled with pan juices if desired.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Marinating the chicken for several hours enhances flavor and tenderness. Adjust red pepper flakes to taste for more or less heat.
