Juicy chicken, honey-pepper sauce, pasta and fresh herbs for a comforting, satisfying dish any night.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 12 ounces penne or fettuccine pasta
02 - 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
04 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 0.5 bell pepper, sliced (red, yellow, or green)
06 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

→ Sauce & Seasoning

07 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
08 - 2 tablespoons honey
09 - 0.5 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, divided
10 - Salt, to taste
11 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, optional

# How to Make It:

01 - Boil a large pot of salted water. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - Season the chicken pieces with a pinch of salt and approximately 0.25 teaspoon of black pepper.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and sauté for 5 to 7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
04 - In the same skillet over medium-low heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sliced bell pepper. Sauté for 2 to 3 minutes until peppers soften and garlic is fragrant, avoiding burning.
05 - Add honey and soy sauce to the skillet. Stir in the remaining 0.25 teaspoon black pepper, or more to taste. Simmer gently for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce slightly thickens.
06 - Return cooked chicken to the skillet. Stir to evenly coat in the sauce. Add drained pasta and toss until all ingredients are coated and well combined.
07 - Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt or black pepper if desired. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving. Serve warm.
