01 -
Boil a large pot of salted water. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 -
Season the chicken pieces with a pinch of salt and approximately 0.25 teaspoon of black pepper.
03 -
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and sauté for 5 to 7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
04 -
In the same skillet over medium-low heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sliced bell pepper. Sauté for 2 to 3 minutes until peppers soften and garlic is fragrant, avoiding burning.
05 -
Add honey and soy sauce to the skillet. Stir in the remaining 0.25 teaspoon black pepper, or more to taste. Simmer gently for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce slightly thickens.
06 -
Return cooked chicken to the skillet. Stir to evenly coat in the sauce. Add drained pasta and toss until all ingredients are coated and well combined.
07 -
Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt or black pepper if desired. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving. Serve warm.
