# Ingredients You’ll Need:

01 - 2 peaches, sliced
02 - 4 slices sourdough bread (or challah, multigrain, or thick white bread)
03 - 2-4 tablespoons ricotta cheese (optional)
04 - 1 tablespoon honey
05 - 4 slices white cheddar cheese (adjust as preferred)
06 - 2 tablespoons butter

# How to Make It:

01 - Peel and slice peaches, then set aside.
02 - Spread ricotta cheese over bread slices. On one side, top with sliced peaches and drizzle honey. On the other side, add cheddar cheese slices.
