Honey Garlic Butter Salmon Peach (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
02 - 1/4 cup honey
03 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter (1/2 stick)
05 - 2 fresh peaches, pitted and diced
06 - 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
07 - 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
08 - 2 tablespoons lime juice (freshly squeezed)
09 - Salt to taste
10 - Pepper to taste
11 - 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a bowl, combine the diced peaches, chopped red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Mix well and set aside.
02 - In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and honey, stirring until well combined. Cook for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
03 - Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the honey garlic butter mixture over them. Let the salmon marinate for at least 15-30 minutes.
04 - Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
05 - Plate the salmon and top with the peach salsa. Drizzle any remaining honey garlic butter over the top.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
02 - Keep the peach salsa separate to maintain its texture.
03 - For a vegan version, substitute salmon with grilled tofu and use coconut oil instead of butter.
