Tender chicken wrapped in crispy bacon with a sweet-savory garlic blend.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
02 - 6 slices bacon (thick-cut), diced
03 - ½ cup all-purpose flour
04 - 1 tsp salt
05 - 1/8 tsp black pepper
06 - 1 tbsp olive oil
07 - 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
08 - ⅓ cup honey
09 - ¼ cup soy sauce
10 - 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
11 - 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
12 - Fresh parsley, chopped for topping

# How to Make It:

01 - Toss diced bacon into a skillet over medium heat and cook until it gets nice and crispy. Take it out and set aside, but keep about 1 tablespoon of the bacon fat in the pan.
02 - Sprinkle your chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Then lightly coat each piece with flour.
03 - Pour olive oil into the same skillet and add your chicken. Brown each side for 4-5 minutes until they're golden and cooked through. Take them out and keep them warm somewhere.
04 - Toss minced garlic into the bacon fat left in the pan and cook for a minute. Mix in honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and Dijon mustard. Let it bubble away for 3-4 minutes until it gets thicker.
05 - Put the chicken back in the skillet and pour sauce all over it. Let everything simmer together for 2-3 minutes so the chicken gets totally covered in sauce.
06 - Mix the crispy bacon bits back into the pan. Serve chicken on plates, pour extra sauce on top, and scatter fresh parsley over everything.
