01 - 2 medium heads of cauliflower, cut into florets
02 - 1/4 cup olive oil
03 - 1/4 cup honey
04 - 2 tablespoons curry powder
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 teaspoon salt
07 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
08 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional
09 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, curry powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper until well combined.
03 - Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss them in the honey curry mixture until evenly coated.
04 - Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
05 - Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
