On medium heat, cook the ground beef in a big pan until browned, crumbling it as it cooks. Drain the grease once done.

Use a large bowl to stir together the browned beef, green beans (after draining), cream of mushroom, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Grab a greased 9×13 inch dish and evenly spread out the mixture.

Scatter the shredded cheddar cheese over the top, covering it completely.

Pop the dish into the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes, or until the dish is bubbly and the cheese is melted.
