Beef & Bean Bake (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 1 cup French fried onions
02 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
04 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - Salt and pepper, adjust based on your taste
07 - 1/2 cup milk
08 - 1 pound ground beef
09 - 1 can (15 oz) green beans, properly drained

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and let it get to temperature.
02 - On medium heat, cook the ground beef in a big pan until browned, crumbling it as it cooks. Drain the grease once done.
03 - Use a large bowl to stir together the browned beef, green beans (after draining), cream of mushroom, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
04 - Grab a greased 9×13 inch dish and evenly spread out the mixture.
05 - Scatter the shredded cheddar cheese over the top, covering it completely.
06 - Pop the dish into the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes, or until the dish is bubbly and the cheese is melted.
07 - Take the dish out, sprinkle the French fried onions over the top, and bake another 5-10 minutes until the onions are crispy and golden.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Want more flavor? Use 80/20 beef. Fresh blanched green beans work too. Prepping earlier? Chill the assembled dish and add 5-10 extra minutes during baking.
