Unroll crescent dough and cut into 8 equal rectangles.

Place a slice of ham on each piece, top with a cheese stick, fold in the edges, and roll up tightly.

Mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, minced onion (or powder), and poppy seeds.
