# What You’ll Need:

→ Meat

01 - 2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1 1/4 inch pieces

→ Vegetables

02 - 2 bell peppers, cut into 1 1/4 inch pieces
03 - 1 red onion, cut into 1 1/4 inch pieces
04 - 1 zucchini, sliced

→ Basics

05 - Olive oil for coating
06 - Salt & pepper to taste

→ Marinade

07 - 1/4 cup olive oil
08 - 1/4 cup soy sauce
09 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
10 - 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
11 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice
12 - 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
13 - 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
14 - 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Place wooden skewers in water and allow to soak for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight to prevent burning.
02 - Place beef in a gallon size zip-top bag. Mix together all marinade ingredients and pour over the beef. Place bag in a dish to catch any leaks, remove as much air as possible, seal, and refrigerate for 3-6 hours.
03 - Preheat grill to medium-high heat (450-500°F).
04 - Cut vegetables into 1 1/4 inch pieces. Spread on cutting board or pan, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and fresh ground pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
05 - Thread marinated steak and vegetables alternately on skewers. Discard any remaining marinade.
06 - Place kabobs on hot grill for 3-4 minutes per side, rotating to cook all 4 sides, for medium-rare to medium doneness.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For best results, ensure all meat and vegetable pieces are cut to similar sizes for even cooking.
