Grilled Garlic Cheese (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

→ Main ingredients

01 - 4 slices of bread
02 - 2 tablespoons softened butter
03 - ½ teaspoon parsley, dried
04 - 1 cup blend of shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese
05 - ½ tablespoon garlic powder

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Stir the butter, garlic powder, and parsley in a small bowl until everything's completely combined.
02 - Spread the prepared garlic butter evenly on just one side of each bread slice.
03 - Take two slices, placing them buttered side down on a flat surface. Evenly layer the shredded cheese on top, then add the other two slices on top, buttered side facing up.
04 - Put the sandwiches on a sauté pan over low heat. Let them toast for about 4-5 minutes until the bottom is crispy and golden brown.
05 - Use a spatula to gently flip the sandwiches. Cook for another 4-5 minutes until the other side is crispy, and the cheese is gooey.
06 - Take the sandwiches out of the pan and enjoy them hot while the bread is still crisp and the cheese perfectly melted.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Cooking on low heat keeps the bread from burning before the cheese melts.
02 - Softening the butter in advance makes mixing and spreading much easier.
03 - It’s the perfect combination of cheesy sandwich and garlicky bread for ultimate comfort food.
04 - Pair with a bowl of warm tomato soup for a cozy, classic combo.
