Lobster tails grilled with Cajun butter, citrus, and spices deliver bold flavors in a quick, satisfying dish.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Seafood

01 - 4 lobster tails (5 to 6 ounces each)

→ Sauce Components

02 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
04 - 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
05 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
06 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
07 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
08 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Garnishes

10 - Lemon wedges, for serving
11 - Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - With kitchen scissors, cut through the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise. Carefully lift the lobster meat, keeping it attached at the base, and position it on top of the shell.
02 - Combine melted butter, olive oil, Cajun seasoning, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Stir until well blended.
03 - Generously brush the prepared Cajun butter mixture over the exposed lobster meat, reserving a small amount for finishing after grilling.
04 - Preheat grill to medium-high heat, approximately 400°F. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
05 - Place lobster tails meat-side down on the grill. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, then turn and grill for an additional 3 to 4 minutes until the meat is opaque and shows slight charring.
06 - Brush the cooked lobster meat with the reserved Cajun butter and garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges before serving.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For fuller flavor, marinate lobster tails in the Cajun butter mixture for at least 30 minutes before grilling.
02 - Adjust the quantity of Cajun seasoning to achieve your preferred level of spiciness.
