With kitchen scissors, cut through the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise. Carefully lift the lobster meat, keeping it attached at the base, and position it on top of the shell.

Combine melted butter, olive oil, Cajun seasoning, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Stir until well blended.

Generously brush the prepared Cajun butter mixture over the exposed lobster meat, reserving a small amount for finishing after grilling.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat, approximately 400°F. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.

Place lobster tails meat-side down on the grill. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, then turn and grill for an additional 3 to 4 minutes until the meat is opaque and shows slight charring.

Brush the cooked lobster meat with the reserved Cajun butter and garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges before serving.
