# What You’ll Need:

→ Chicken

01 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
02 - Salt and pepper to taste
03 - 4 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
04 - 3 minced garlic cloves
05 - 1/4 cup honey
06 - 1 teaspoon chili flakes
07 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

→ Roasted Potatoes

09 - 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
10 - 2 halved pounds of baby potatoes
11 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
12 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

→ Fig-Balsamic Mushroom Cream

13 - 2 tablespoons butter
14 - 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced thin
15 - Salt and pepper to taste
16 - 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
17 - 1 cup of cream (heavy)
18 - 1/4 cup fig jam
19 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

→ Alfredo Pasta

20 - Salt and pepper to taste
21 - 1 minced garlic clove
22 - 12 ounces pasta (fettuccine)
23 - 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
24 - 2 tablespoons butter
25 - 1 cup cream (heavy)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Combine garlic, honey, oregano, chili flakes, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Toss the chicken in and coat it all over. Leave it to soak in flavor for 30 minutes or more. Heat a pan over medium heat, then cook the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes per side, until they're done. Set them aside once cooked.
02 - Bring your oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss the potatoes together with olive oil, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread everything evenly on a baking sheet, then bake for 25-30 minutes till they’re crisp and browned.
03 - Warm olive oil and butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in mushrooms, cooking them until they’re nice and soft. Add fig preserves and balsamic vinegar, letting the mixture bubble gently for a few minutes. Pour in cream, then season with salt and pepper. Keep stirring as it thickens slightly.
04 - Boil fettuccine noodles as directed on the package. Drain and set aside. In a pan, heat butter on medium. Sauté garlic briefly, then pour in cream. Let it bubble slowly, and mix in Parmesan until it all melts together. Add salt, pepper, and the cooked pasta, tossing everything evenly.
05 - Dish out some pasta onto each plate. Layer on slices of the chicken. Scoop potatoes on the side, and pour the creamy fig-balsamic mushroom sauce over the chicken for the final touch.
