02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - Juice from 1 lemon
04 - 3 cloves garlic, crushed
05 - 2 teaspoons oregano, dried
06 - Salt and pepper, as needed

→ Tzatziki Sauce

07 - 1 cup yogurt, Greek style
08 - 1 cucumber, shredded and squeezed dry
09 - 2 cloves garlic, crushed
10 - 1 tablespoon juice from lemon
11 - 1 tablespoon dill, fresh and chopped
12 - Salt and pepper, as needed

→ Serving

13 - 4 breads, pita style
14 - 1 tomato, cut into slices
15 - 1 red onion, sliced thin
16 - Lettuce, fresh

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Mix up olive oil, fresh lemon juice, crushed garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a container. Toss in your chicken thighs and make sure they're totally covered in the mix. Wrap it up and stick it in the fridge for at least an hour, but leaving it overnight works even better.
02 - Grab another bowl and stir together your Greek yogurt, squeezed cucumber, crushed garlic, lemon juice, fresh dill, salt, and pepper. Cover it up and pop it in the fridge so all those tasty flavors can blend together.
03 - Get a skillet or grill nice and hot. Take the chicken out of its marinade and cook it about 6-7 minutes on each side until it's done and has some nice char marks. Let it rest a bit before you slice it up thin.
04 - Get your pita breads warm on a grill or dry pan. Add some chicken slices on each one, then pile on tomato pieces, onion rings, and a handful of fresh lettuce. Drop a big spoonful of your tzatziki sauce on top of everything.
05 - Wrap the pitas around the fillings or roll them up tight. Enjoy them right away while they're still warm.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Leaving your chicken soaking in the marinade overnight makes it taste way better.
