01 -
Grab a large skillet and heat it over medium temperature. Break up the ground beef and cook until it’s browned. Toss in the minced garlic and chopped onion, then stir a few times as it cooks for another 3-4 minutes. Drain off any grease and set aside.
02 -
Pour in marinara, Worcestershire, and ketchup. Add the salt, paprika, garlic powder, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir well, then let the sauce simmer gently for 5 minutes so everything blends.
03 -
Combine ricotta, Parmesan, and egg in a mixing bowl. Add half of the parsley and stir until it’s smooth and uniform in texture.
04 -
Turn your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch pan. Begin with a layer of the meat sauce at the bottom. Add lasagna noodles over it, followed by a scoop of the cheese mix, more meat sauce, and a sprinkle of shredded cheddar and mozzarella. Keep layering like this and finish with cheese and the crumbled turkey bacon.
05 -
Cover the dish with foil and let it bake for 30 minutes. Take off the foil and bake 10 more minutes, letting the top brown slightly and the cheese bubble.
06 -
Take the lasagna out and let it cool for about 10 minutes before cutting into it. Sprinkle the rest of the parsley on top and enjoy while warm.
