02 - 2 tbsp olive oil
03 - 1 red bell pepper, sliced
04 - 1 green bell pepper, sliced
05 - 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
06 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
08 - 2 tbsp honey
09 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
10 - 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
11 - 1 tsp ground ginger (optional)
12 - 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
13 - 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
14 - Cooked white or brown rice (for serving)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
02 - Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 7–8 minutes. Remove and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, add a bit more oil if needed and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
04 - Add sliced peppers and cook for 4–5 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
05 - Return chicken to the skillet.
06 - In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and ginger (if using). Pour over chicken and peppers.
07 - Stir in the cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce. Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring, until sauce is glossy and coats everything well.
08 - Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving. Serve hot over rice and enjoy!
