01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

06 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with foil.
02 - Combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
03 - Place chicken breasts on a cutting board and pat thoroughly dry with paper towels.
04 - Coat each chicken breast evenly on both sides with a thin layer of mayonnaise.
05 - Press chicken breasts into the prepared Parmesan breadcrumb mixture, ensuring an even coating on both sides.
06 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side or until crust turns golden. Do not cook through.
