Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta (Print-Friendly Version)

Succulent chicken and pasta bathed in rich garlic Parmesan sauce with Italian spices. Kid-approved and quick to make.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Pasta and Chicken

01 - 12 ounces pasta (your choice of penne, fettuccine, or whatever you like)
02 - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced into small chunks

→ Sauce and Seasonings

03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
04 - 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
05 - 1 cup heavy cream
06 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
07 - Salt, as needed
08 - Black pepper, freshly ground
09 - 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

→ To Finish

10 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
11 - Lemon wedge, for serving (if you want)

# How to Make It:

01 - Cook pasta in lots of salty water till it's tender but still firm. Drain it well and put it aside.
02 - Warm up olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sprinkle chicken pieces with salt and pepper, then cook till they're golden brown and done inside.
03 - Using the same pan, throw in your chopped garlic and stir it around for about a minute till it smells good.
04 - Pour in the heavy cream, add your Parmesan and Italian seasoning to the garlic. Keep stirring and let it cook a few minutes till it gets a bit thicker.
05 - Mix the pasta and chicken into the creamy sauce so everything gets coated nicely. Sprinkle with parsley and squeeze some lemon on top if you'd like. Serve it right away with extra Parmesan on the side.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Try adding some cooked mushrooms or spinach to make it even tastier. You can swap the heavy cream for half-and-half if you want something lighter. Always go for freshly grated Parmesan instead of pre-packaged stuff for the best taste.
