Chicken Garlic Meatloaf (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 1/4 cup milk
02 - 1 egg, large
03 - 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
04 - 1/2 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
05 - 1/3 cup marinara sauce
06 - 1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley
07 - 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
08 - 1 cup breadcrumbs, Italian-style
09 - 1 small onion, minced
10 - 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
11 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
12 - 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
13 - 1/2 teaspoon table salt
14 - 1 lb chicken, ground

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Set the oven to 350°F (175°C) and let it heat up.
02 - In a big bowl, toss in the breadcrumbs, chicken, Parmesan, mozzarella, parsley, garlic, and onion. Stir it all together until combined.
03 - Whisk the egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasonings in a separate bowl. Pour this over the chicken mix and stir everything until it comes together.
04 - Scoop the mixture into a loaf pan and gently press it to form a loaf shape. Smooth the surface with a spatula.
05 - Evenly coat the top of the meatloaf with marinara sauce to make it flavorful and juicy.
06 - Pop the pan into the preheated oven and let it cook for around 45–55 minutes. It's ready when the inside hits 165°F (74°C) and the juices are clear.
07 - Take the pan out and let the meatloaf sit for about 10 minutes. This keeps it nice and juicy when you slice it.
08 - Cut the loaf into thick slices and plate it up with mashed potatoes or a crisp salad. Drizzle any leftover marinara on top.
