08 - 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, or more if desired

10 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ Flavors & Finish

11 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
12 - 5 cloves garlic, minced
13 - 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice, or more to taste
14 - 4 tablespoons butter, divided
15 - 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

# How to Make It:

01 - Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced zucchini and sauté until slightly tender, about 4 minutes. Add cooked corn kernels, season with salt and pepper, and cook an additional 3 minutes to allow flavors to develop. Remove vegetables from skillet and set aside.
02 - Season the sliced chicken breasts with smoked paprika, chili powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Mix well to ensure even coating.
03 - In the same skillet, add remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil. Arrange the seasoned chicken slices in a single layer and cook over medium-high heat until golden and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
04 - Reduce heat to medium, add minced garlic and 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet. Sauté chicken with garlic and butter for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently to avoid burning.
05 - Return sautéed zucchini and corn to the skillet. Add freshly squeezed lime juice, remaining 2 tablespoons butter, and chopped cilantro. Toss ingredients gently until well combined and heated through, about 2 minutes. Adjust seasoning as needed before serving.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For extra flavor, serve with an additional wedge of lime and a sprinkle of fresh cilantro.
