11 - 475ml heavy cream
12 - 100g grated Parmesan cheese
13 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
14 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
15 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
16 - 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Boil pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 120ml of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
02 - Season chicken pieces with paprika, salt, pepper, and chili flakes if using. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
03 - Add 1 tablespoon butter and minced garlic to the skillet with the chicken. Stir for 30 seconds to coat the chicken in garlic butter. Remove chicken and set aside.
04 - In the same skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil and the remaining 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat. Pour in the heavy cream, then add garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg if using. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
05 - Gradually stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until completely melted and sauce is smooth. If needed, adjust consistency with reserved pasta water.
06 - Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing until evenly coated. Plate the pasta and top with the garlic butter chicken bites. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley if desired.
