# How to Make It:

01 - In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar until evenly blended.
02 - In a separate bowl, beat the egg thoroughly, then stir in the milk and vanilla extract until smooth.
03 - Gradually incorporate the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, whisking until a smooth, lump-free batter forms.
04 - Set the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) and allow it to preheat for 3–5 minutes.
05 - Using a tablespoon, drop small spoonfuls of batter onto a parchment-lined air fryer basket, spacing them apart to avoid sticking.
06 - Cook at 180°C (350°F) for 4–5 minutes per batch, rotating or shaking halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
07 - Transfer finished bites to a wire rack and dust generously with powdered sugar while warm.
