01 - 300 grams penne pasta, cooked al dente

02 - 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
03 - 1 medium zucchini, diced
04 - 200 grams broccoli florets
05 - 200 grams cherry tomatoes, halved

→ Sauce and Seasoning

06 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
07 - 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
08 - 1 teaspoon Italian herb blend
09 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

10 - 30 grams grated Parmesan cheese
11 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Boil the penne pasta in salted water until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
02 - While the pasta cooks, slice the bell pepper, dice the zucchini, and halve the cherry tomatoes. Prepare the broccoli by trimming into small florets.
03 - In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the bell pepper, zucchini, and broccoli. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until they begin to soften.
04 - Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes. Stir in the Italian herb blend, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
05 - Reduce the heat to low. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until evenly coated with the vegetable mixture and sauce.
