# Steps to Follow:

01 - Set oven temperature to 350°F (175°C).
02 - In a large bowl, thoroughly mix cooked white rice, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, French onion soup, sour cream, shredded cheese, 1 cup of French fried onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
03 - Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and transfer the mixture evenly into it. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes until the casserole is bubbly around the edges.
04 - Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup French fried onions on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
