Set oven to 350°F (175°C) and allow to come to temperature.

Slice slider rolls horizontally, keeping the tops and bottoms attached as a single piece.

Lay bottom halves of slider rolls on a baking sheet. Evenly layer sliced roast beef over the bottoms and top with Swiss cheese.

Position the tops of the rolls over the filled bottoms to enclose the sliders.

In a small bowl, melt butter. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce until combined.

Generously brush the melted butter mixture over the tops of the rolls.

Cover sliders loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese melts and the tops are golden brown.

While sliders bake, heat au jus gravy in a small saucepan until steaming.

Remove sliders from oven, transfer to a platter, and serve immediately with warm au jus on the side for dipping.
