Set your oven to 220°C (430°F) and pop a baking sheet inside to preheat along with it.

Mix honey, hot sauce, and chili flakes together in a small bowl. Warm it for 15-20 seconds in the microwave or on a low flame. Stir it once warmed, then leave it to cool slightly so the flavors come together.

Spread the sauce over the flatbreads. Sprinkle the mozzarella evenly and layer with pepperoni slices. Add any extras like jalapeños or black olives, if you'd like.

Pull the heated tray out of the oven carefully, lay the flatbreads on it, and bake them for 8–10 minutes. The cheese should be bubbling and the edges lightly browned.

Once the flatbreads are out of the oven, pour the warm spicy honey over the top. Dig in right after!
