This April favorite features ground beef, enchilada sauce, and cheese in a quick, savory dish. Perfect for a cozy dinner, it's a keeper you'll want later.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 can (10 ounces) enchilada sauce
03 - 8 flour tortillas
04 - 1 cup shredded cheese
05 - 1/2 cup chopped onion

→ Seasonings

06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon ground cumin
08 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - Set the oven to 350°F and allow it to fully preheat.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
03 - Add chopped onion, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to the pan. Continue cooking until the onion becomes soft and fragrant.
04 - Spread a thin layer of enchilada sauce across the bottom of a baking dish to prevent sticking.
05 - Fill each tortilla evenly with the seasoned beef mixture and a portion of shredded cheese. Roll each tortilla securely.
06 - Place rolled tortillas seam-side down in the prepared baking dish. Pour remaining enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.
07 - Transfer the dish to the oven. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Warm tortillas before filling to prevent cracking during rolling.
