# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 12 Hawaiian rolls or soft dinner rolls
02 - 10 to 12 slices deli-style roast beef or leftover roast beef
03 - 6 slices provolone cheese or Swiss cheese
04 - 1 medium onion, thinly sliced

→ Sauce and Seasonings

05 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
06 - 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, divided
07 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder, divided
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Au Jus

10 - 1 cup beef broth
11 - 1 teaspoon onion powder

# How to Make It:

01 - Set oven to 350°F and allow to fully preheat.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons butter. Add sliced onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until onions are soft and golden brown, about 8 to 10 minutes. Lightly season with salt and pepper.
03 - Using a serrated knife, cut the slider rolls horizontally without separating them. Place the bottom halves into a 9×13-inch baking dish.
04 - Lay half of the provolone cheese slices over the bottom rolls. Evenly distribute the roast beef slices, followed by the caramelized onions. Top with remaining cheese slices, then position the top halves of the rolls.
05 - In a small bowl, melt 1 tablespoon butter. Stir in 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce and 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Brush this mixture over the tops of the rolls.
06 - Cover the dish loosely with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes, or until slider tops are golden and cheese is melted.
07 - In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup beef broth, 1 tablespoon butter, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon onion powder. Simmer gently for 2 to 3 minutes to blend flavors.
08 - Remove sliders from the oven. Use a sharp knife to cut into individual sandwiches. Serve warm, accompanied by prepared au jus for dipping.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For an enhanced flavor, toast the cut sides of the rolls before assembly.
