Set your oven to 375°F. Cover a baking tray with foil and lightly oil it.

Toss the crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, mozzarella, mayo, mustard, seasoning, garlic powder, salt, lemon juice, and parsley in a bowl. Mix until smooth and combined.

Make small pockets in the center of each salmon fillet with a sharp knife, but don't slice all the way through.

Fill the salmon generously with the seafood mix.

Lay the stuffed salmon on the oiled baking tray. Lightly coat the tops with olive oil.

Let the salmon bake for 18–20 minutes, until it's flaky and fully cooked.

Want extra color? Broil for 1–2 minutes to brown the tops.
