02 - Toss the crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, mozzarella, mayo, mustard, seasoning, garlic powder, salt, lemon juice, and parsley in a bowl. Mix until smooth and combined.
03 - Make small pockets in the center of each salmon fillet with a sharp knife, but don't slice all the way through.
04 - Fill the salmon generously with the seafood mix.
05 - Lay the stuffed salmon on the oiled baking tray. Lightly coat the tops with olive oil.
06 - Let the salmon bake for 18–20 minutes, until it's flaky and fully cooked.
07 - Want extra color? Broil for 1–2 minutes to brown the tops.
08 - Dish up while warm with a salad or some lemon wedges on the side.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Make sure the cream cheese is soft so the mixing comes out smooth.
02 - Broiling gives a nice golden hue to the final dish.
