Bacon Garlic Parmesan Chicken (Print-Friendly Version)

Chicken, bacon, garlic, and Parmesan blend in a creamy sauce for a rich main course with hearty flavors.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 6 slices turkey bacon

→ Sauce and Seasoning

03 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1 cup heavy cream
05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
06 - 1 tablespoon butter
07 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
08 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
09 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
10 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
11 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - Generously season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey bacon until crisp. Transfer to a paper towel to remove excess grease, allow to cool, then chop into small pieces.
03 - Add olive oil and butter to the same skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken breasts 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
04 - In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until aromatic. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Add grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and sauce becomes smooth.
05 - Return cooked chicken breasts and chopped turkey bacon to the skillet. Spoon the creamy sauce over the chicken and simmer on low for 3-5 minutes to blend flavors.
06 - Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot, accompanied by mashed potatoes, pasta, or steamed vegetables.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Allow the chicken to rest briefly after cooking in the sauce to lock in juiciness and flavor.
