02 - 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped or in chips
03 - 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
04 - ½ cup brown sugar
05 - 4 large eggs
06 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
07 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
08 - ½ cup cocoa powder
09 - ½ tsp salt

10 - 1 cup crushed pretzels
11 - 1 cup caramel sauce, store-bought or homemade
12 - Sea salt flakes for sprinkling

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease.
02 - In a saucepan, melt butter and dark chocolate over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat.
03 - Whisk granulated sugar and brown sugar into the melted mixture. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
04 - Sift in all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix just until combined without overmixing.
05 - Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle crushed pretzels evenly over the top. Drizzle caramel sauce over pretzels and use a knife to lightly swirl.
06 - Bake for 28-32 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
07 - Sprinkle sea salt flakes while the brownies are still warm. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
