In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or turkey until browned. Drain any excess fat and mix in the taco seasoning. Cook according to package instructions.

Lay the large flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. In the center, layer the nacho cheese sauce, cooked meat, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, shredded cheese, and top with a tostada shell.

Fold the edges of the tortilla towards the center, creating pleats to enclose the filling and form a wrap.

Heat a small amount of cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat. Carefully place the wrapped crunchwrap seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Remove from the skillet and repeat the process with any remaining crunchwraps.
