Crockpot Mississippi Chicken Dinner

# What You’ll Need:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
03 -
1 packet Au Jus gravy mix
04 -
1/2 cup unsalted butter
05 -
5–6 pepperoncini peppers

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, optional for garnish
# Steps to Follow:
01 -
Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
02 -
Sprinkle Ranch seasoning mix and Au Jus gravy mix evenly over the chicken.

Place the butter on top of the chicken and arrange the pepperoncini peppers around it. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours, until the chicken is tender and easy to shred.

Using two forks, shred the chicken and mix it with the buttery sauce in the crockpot. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or in sandwiches.

Use chicken thighs for extra juiciness.

Adjust the pepperoncini peppers for more or less tangy heat.
