Crockpot Mississippi Chicken Dinner (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
03 - 1 packet Au Jus gravy mix
04 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter
05 - 5–6 pepperoncini peppers
06 - Salt and pepper, to taste
07 - Fresh parsley, optional for garnish

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
02 - Sprinkle Ranch seasoning mix and Au Jus gravy mix evenly over the chicken.
03 - Place the butter on top of the chicken and arrange the pepperoncini peppers around it. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
04 - Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours, until the chicken is tender and easy to shred.
05 - Using two forks, shred the chicken and mix it with the buttery sauce in the crockpot. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

01 - Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or in sandwiches.
02 - Use chicken thighs for extra juiciness.
03 - Adjust the pepperoncini peppers for more or less tangy heat.
