Loaded Steak and Potato Bake (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 2 lbs sirloin steak, cubed
02 - 4 large potatoes, diced
03 - 1 onion, diced
04 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
05 - 1/2 cup beef broth
06 - 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
07 - Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika (to taste)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In your crockpot, layer the cubed steak, diced potatoes, and diced onion. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika for flavor.
02 - In a small bowl, mix the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Pour this mixture evenly over the layers in the crockpot.
03 - Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or on HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the steak is tender and the potatoes are cooked through.
04 - Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top during the last 10–15 minutes of cooking. Cover and let it melt.
05 - Scoop into bowls and serve warm. Garnish with fresh parsley or green onions if desired!
