Crockpot Hawaiian Chicken Flavor (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

→ Chicken Mixture

01 - 2 lbs chicken, cubed
02 - 1/3 cup cornstarch
03 - 3/4 teaspoon salt
04 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper
05 - 1/4 cup olive oil

→ Sauce Mixture

06 - 2/3 cup brown sugar
07 - 1 cup pineapple juice
08 - 1/3 cup gluten-free soy sauce
09 - 1/2 cup crushed pineapple

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Combine cornstarch, salt, and pepper in a gallon-size Ziploc bag. Add chicken cubes and toss until completely coated.
02 - Sear chicken in olive oil over medium heat for about 7 minutes, turning occasionally.
03 - Combine brown sugar, pineapple juice, gluten-free soy sauce, and crushed pineapple in a small bowl. Mix well.
04 - Place half of the sauce mixture, then cooked chicken, and then the remaining sauce mixture ingredients in the slow cooker. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
05 - This meal is great served with rice or quinoa.
