Crockpot Creamy Italian Chicken (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
02 - 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
03 - 0.7 ounce dry Italian dressing mix (e.g., Good Seasons brand)
04 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
05 - Salt and pepper to taste
06 - Cooked noodles or rice, for serving
07 - Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the crockpot. Sprinkle the packet of Italian dressing mix evenly over the chicken. Add the cream of chicken soup and the cubed cream cheese on top of the chicken.
02 - Cook on low for 5–6 hours or on high for 3–4 hours. Shred the chicken and season with salt and pepper to taste. If the mixture is too thick, add 1/4–1/2 cup of chicken broth or milk to reach the desired consistency.
03 - Serve the creamy chicken over cooked noodles or rice. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley, if desired.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Add vegetables such as broccoli, peas, or mushrooms during the last hour of cooking for added flavor and nutrition.
