Season pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.

In a bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning mix, and chicken broth. Stir well.

Place pork chops in the crock pot. Pour sauce mixture over the top to coat.

Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until pork chops are fork-tender.

Mix 1 tbsp cornstarch with 2 tbsp cold water and stir into the sauce during the last 30 minutes of cooking, if desired.

Plate with mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles. Spoon sauce over the top and garnish with parsley.
