# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Vegetables

01 - One big cauliflower head, about 2 to 2.5 pounds, broken into pieces

→ Batter

02 - 1 cup plain flour
03 - 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
04 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - Half a teaspoon black pepper
07 - Half a teaspoon salt

→ Breadcrumb Coating

08 - 1 and a half cups Panko breadcrumbs

→ Buffalo Sauce

09 - Half a cup Frank’s RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
10 - 3 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
11 - 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup if you want it sweeter
12 - Half a teaspoon garlic powder

# How to Make It:

01 - Cut the cauliflower into small florets and keep them ready.
02 - Whisk together the flour, almond milk, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt in a bowl till it's smooth and thick.
03 - Dip each floret into the batter, then roll them in Panko breadcrumbs until they're covered well. Arrange them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
04 - Put them in an oven heated to 425°F (220°C) and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes until they're crispy and golden.
05 - Mix together the hot sauce, melted butter, honey or maple syrup if using, and garlic powder until nicely blended.
06 - Toss the baked cauliflower with the buffalo sauce until all pieces are coated. Eat right away to keep that crispiness.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - If you want them extra crispy, broil the coated cauliflower for 2 to 3 more minutes, but watch carefully so they don’t burn.
