# What You’ll Need:

01 - 2 large chicken breasts, approximately 1 pound total
02 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
03 - 1 teaspoon paprika
04 - ½ teaspoon salt
05 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
06 - 4 whole wheat tortillas
07 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
08 - 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
09 - ¼ cup ranch dressing (optional)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips. In a mixing bowl, combine the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken strips to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the seasoning.
02 - Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
03 - Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the seasoned chicken strips in a single layer in the basket. Cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
04 - On each tortilla, place a layer of fresh spinach, followed by a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese, and the cooked chicken strips. Roll the tortillas tightly to enclose the filling.
05 - Spray the outside of each wrap lightly with olive oil spray. Place the wraps in the air fryer basket seam-side down. Air fry the wraps at 375°F (190°C) for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the tortillas are crispy and golden.
06 - Remove the wraps from the air fryer and let them cool slightly. Slice each wrap in half and serve with ranch dressing if desired.
