Set air fryer to 375°F and allow it to preheat for 3 to 5 minutes.

Place tortillas on a clean surface. Evenly spread 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing over each tortilla.

Layer shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, chopped romaine, and diced tomatoes, if desired, over the dressed tortillas.

Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll tightly from the bottom to form a secure wrap.

Apply a thin coating of cooking spray or brush with olive oil on the outer surface of each wrap.

Place wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crisp.
