Spicy Cheese Pasta (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 tablespoons veggie oil
02 - 1 pound chicken breast without bones or skin, diced
03 - 1/2 pound sliced smoked sausage
04 - 1 teaspoon powdered garlic
05 - 1 teaspoon powdered onion
06 - 1/2 teaspoon smoky paprika
07 - Salt and pepper as needed
08 - 12 oz pasta tubes (penne)
09 - 1 tablespoon butter
10 - 3 cloves crushed garlic
11 - 2 cups thick cream
12 - 1 cup chicken stock
13 - 1½ cups shredded spicy jack cheese
14 - 1/2 cup grated aged Italian cheese
15 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
16 - Chopped fresh parsley for topping

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Boil the pasta tubes following box instructions. Strain and put aside.
02 - Warm up the veggie oil in a big pan over medium-high fire. Toss in diced chicken and sausage, sprinkle with powdered garlic, powdered onion, smoky paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook till golden and done, around 6–8 minutes. Take out and save for later.
03 - Lower heat to medium in the same pan. Drop in butter and crushed garlic, cook for 1–2 minutes till you smell the aroma.
04 - Add thick cream and chicken stock. Mix well and let it slowly bubble. Slowly mix in spicy jack and aged Italian cheese, stirring till smooth. Sprinkle in red pepper flakes if you want heat.
05 - Put cooked meat and pasta back in the pan. Stir everything so the creamy sauce covers it all.
06 - Let everything bubble together for 2–3 more minutes to blend tastes. Top with chopped parsley and enjoy hot.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Shredding the spicy jack cheese yourself makes the sauce mix better.
