01 - 20 jumbo pasta shells
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
04 - 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
05 - 1/2 pound cooked shrimp, chopped
06 - 1/2 pound imitation crab, chopped
07 - 1 cup ricotta cheese
08 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
09 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
10 - 1 egg
11 - 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
12 - Salt, to taste
13 - Black pepper, to taste
14 - 2 cups Alfredo sauce

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
02 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until translucent and fragrant.
03 - Add chopped shrimp and imitation crab to the skillet and stir just until warmed through. Remove skillet from heat.
04 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the seafood mixture with ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup of the mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper until thoroughly blended.
05 - Carefully fill each cooked jumbo pasta shell with the prepared seafood cheese mixture. Arrange filled shells evenly in the prepared baking dish.
06 - Pour Alfredo sauce evenly over the stuffed shells. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese over the top.
07 - Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until bubbling and lightly browned.
