02 - 1 pound chicken breast fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces

→ Sauce Components

03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
04 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
05 - 2 large garlic cloves, finely chopped
06 - 0.25 teaspoon red chili flakes
07 - 0.33 cup dry white wine
08 - 2 tablespoons tomato paste
09 - 5.3 ounces cream cheese
10 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
11 - 3.5 ounces feta cheese, crumbled

→ Garnishes and Final Additions

12 - 2.6 ounces sun-dried tomatoes
13 - 6 to 8 basil leaves, shredded
14 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large, deep pan or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add unsalted butter and melt. Add chicken breast pieces and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring, until lightly golden.
02 - Add finely chopped garlic and red chili flakes to the chicken and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
03 - Pour in the dry white wine to deglaze, scraping up any browned bits. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until most of the alcohol has evaporated.
04 - Stir in tomato paste. Add cream cheese and 1 cup reserved pasta water, stirring until fully combined. Allow the mixture to simmer for 1 to 2 minutes until it begins to bubble.
05 - Mix in dried oregano and crumbled feta cheese; stir thoroughly.
06 - Add cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing until coated. Adjust consistency with additional pasta water if needed.
07 - Fold in sun-dried tomatoes and shredded basil. Season generously with freshly ground black pepper and serve immediately.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Reserve pasta water before draining to ensure the sauce achieves a smooth, glossy consistency.
