01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 4 slices of chicken ham
03 - 4 slices of Swiss cheese or mozzarella
04 - 1 cup breadcrumbs
05 - 2 tablespoons melted butter
06 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
09 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Cream Sauce

10 - 2 tablespoons butter
11 - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
12 - 1 ½ cups milk
13 - ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
14 - ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
15 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Set oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
02 - Pound each chicken breast until about ½ inch (1.3 cm) thick.
03 - Place one slice of chicken ham and one slice of cheese on each chicken breast. Roll up tightly and secure with toothpicks.
04 - In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, melted butter, salt, and pepper.
05 - Roll each chicken roll-up in the breadcrumb mixture.
06 - Place the chicken rolls seam-side down in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle lightly with olive oil. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until fully cooked and golden on top.
07 - While the chicken bakes, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Slowly whisk in milk and bring to a low boil until thickened. Add Parmesan, Dijon mustard (if using), and season with salt and pepper.
08 - Pour warm cream sauce over the baked chicken and serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
