01 -
Rinse Brussels sprouts under cold water, trim stem ends, and slice each sprout in half. Set aside.
02 -
In a large skillet over medium heat, add chopped turkey bacon and sauté until crisp, about 5 to 7 minutes. Transfer cooked bacon to a plate, reserving drippings in skillet.
03 -
Add olive oil to the skillet with reserved drippings. Arrange Brussels sprouts cut side down in the pan and cook undisturbed for 5 minutes until deeply browned.
04 -
Stir in minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until aromatic.
05 -
Pour in heavy cream and stir thoroughly to combine with the sprouts.
06 -
Reduce heat to low, cover the skillet, and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes until Brussels sprouts are tender and the sauce thickens.
07 -
Season mixture with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired. Return cooked turkey bacon to the pan and stir to distribute evenly.
08 -
Transfer to serving platter and serve hot as a flavorful side or light main dish.
