06 - 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

07 - ½ cup mayonnaise
08 - ½ cup sour cream or kefir or Greek yogurt
09 - 2 tablespoons dry Ranch mix, or more to taste

→ Salad Dressing Option 2 (without Ranch)

10 - ½ cup mayonnaise
11 - ½ cup sour cream or kefir or Greek yogurt
12 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice
13 - ¼ cup honey, softened or warmed
14 - ¼ teaspoon salt

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a large bowl, combine broccoli florets, cauliflower florets, sliced carrots, sweet corn, red onion, and shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
02 - In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise and sour cream (or kefir or Greek yogurt) with 2 tablespoons dry Ranch mix. Taste and add more Ranch mix if needed. Stir until fully combined.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream (or kefir or Greek yogurt), lemon juice, softened honey, and salt. Ensure honey is runny by warming it if necessary. Adjust salt to taste. Combine until smooth.
04 - Gradually add your selected dressing to the large bowl with the salad ingredients. Stir to combine thoroughly. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
