# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 8 oz medium pasta shells
03 - 1 tbsp olive oil
04 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1/2 onion, diced
06 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
07 - 1 tbsp tomato paste
08 - 2 cups beef stock
09 - 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
10 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
11 - 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

# How to Make It:

01 - Boil the pasta shells until al dente, drain, and set aside.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, onion, and garlic. Cook until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent, breaking up the beef as it cooks.
03 - Stir in tomato paste, tomato sauce, and beef stock. Reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer for 6 to 8 minutes.
04 - Stir in heavy cream and shredded cheddar cheese. Cook until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
05 - Mix the cooked pasta shells into the sauce. Let everything thicken for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
06 - Serve hot and enjoy your creamy beef and shells dish.
