# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Main Components

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
03 - 1 cup cream cheese, softened
04 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Coating and Assembly

08 - 2 cups crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos
09 - 2 large eggs, beaten
10 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
11 - Nonstick cooking spray

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat with nonstick spray.
02 - In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped turkey bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until mixture is smooth.
03 - Using a sharp knife, carefully cut a pocket into the side of each chicken breast, ensuring the opposite side remains intact.
04 - Spoon the cream cheese mixture into each chicken breast pocket. Secure the opening with toothpicks if necessary to hold the filling in place.
05 - Arrange three shallow bowls: place all-purpose flour in the first, beaten eggs in the second, and crushed Doritos in the third.
06 - Dredge each stuffed chicken breast in flour, dip in the beaten eggs, and fully coat with crushed Doritos, pressing gently to adhere.
07 - Place coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray the tops with nonstick cooking spray.
08 - Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the Doritos coating is golden and crisp.
09 - Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Remove toothpicks before plating.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For extra heat, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the filling. Substitute regular bacon if preferred. Check internal temperature of chicken to ensure it reaches 165°F. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
