01 - 1 loaf crusty Italian bread
02 - 1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
03 - 1 cup cream cheese, softened
04 - ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
05 - ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
06 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
07 - ¼ cup butter, melted
08 - Salt and pepper, to taste
09 - Red pepper flakes (optional)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Chop the shrimp into small pieces. In a large bowl, mix the shrimp with cream cheese, mozzarella, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
02 - Slice the loaf of Italian bread in half lengthwise. Carefully hollow out the center of each half, leaving a shell that will hold the filling.
03 - Spoon the shrimp mixture evenly into the hollowed-out bread halves, packing the filling firmly to ensure full flavor in every bite.
04 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush the outer surface of the bread with melted butter for a golden finish. Wrap each half in aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Unwrap and bake for another 5 minutes to crisp the crust.
