# What You’ll Need:

01 - 2 packs cornbread mix, prepared per package instructions
02 - 1.5 lbs ground beef
03 - 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
04 - 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
05 - 1 can ranch style beans, drained
06 - 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
07 - 1 pack taco seasoning

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
03 - Stir in taco seasoning per packet instructions.
04 - Add Rotel, corn, and beans to the beef. Cook for 3–4 minutes, stirring until heated through.
05 - Prepare cornbread mix according to package directions.
06 - Spread beef mixture evenly into the baking dish. Pour cornbread batter over the beef layer, spreading evenly. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
