# What You’ll Need:

01 - 15 oz. black beans, drained and rinsed
02 - 15.25 oz. whole kernel sweet corn, drained
03 - 1 small red bell pepper, diced
04 - 1 jalapeno pepper, minced
05 - 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
06 - 3/4 cup diced red onion
07 - 2 avocados, diced

→ Dressing

08 - 1/4 cup lime juice
09 - 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
10 - 1 teaspoon salt
11 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
12 - 1 tablespoon honey
13 - 1/4 teaspoon chili powder

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Combine the dressing ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
02 - Place black beans, corn, red bell pepper, jalapeno, cilantro, red onion, and avocado in a large bowl. Toss to combine.
03 - Pour the prepared dressing over the mixture and toss to coat evenly.
04 - Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. If preparing ahead, toss with 1 tablespoon of lime juice just before serving or add avocado slices at the last moment for ultimate freshness.
